With years of experience across both NHS and private healthcare sectors, I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with a particular focus on complex PTSD. I combine evidence-based treatments with a warm, nurturing, and non-judgemental approach to help you understand and manage the challenges you’re facing. My therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a person-centred ethos that prioritises your unique needs and goals.

Individual Therapy – £95 per session
Trauma-Focused CBT – £125 per session
Group Therapy – Price dependent on group size and format (please get in touch for a personalised quote)
All sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise stated. Concessions may be available.
