I work with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, panic disorder, OCD, low self-esteem, and long-term health conditions. My approach is rooted in CBT, enriched with mindfulness and ACT techniques, helping you develop healthier coping mechanisms and gain insight into your inner world.

Group Therapy
Build connection, share experiences, and grow together in a safe and supportive space.
Group therapy can be a powerful way to explore your thoughts and emotions while realising you’re not alone. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, or life transitions, sharing your journey with others can offer validation, insight, and healing.
I offer a compassionate, professionally guided environment where each voice is respected and valued. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and support one another’s growth through evidence-based techniques.

Trauma Support
Compassionate care for complex trauma and PTSD
Healing from trauma takes time, patience, and the right kind of support. I specialise in working with clients experiencing PTSD and Complex PTSD, drawing on advanced training completed with OXCADAT and years of hands-on experience in trauma-focused therapy.
Using a compassionate and structured CBT approach, I help you understand the impact of trauma on your mind and body, and gently guide you through processing painful memories and rebuilding a sense of safety and trust.
No matter how long ago the trauma occurred or how complex the emotions may feel, you are not alone. Together, we will work at your pace, with empathy and respect at the heart of every session.
Perinatal Mental Health Support
Gentle, evidence-based support for your emotional well-being during and after pregnancy.
The perinatal period—spanning pregnancy through early parenthood—can bring a range of emotional challenges, from anxiety and low mood to feelings of overwhelm or isolation. You don’t have to face this alone.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and feelings, whether you’re adjusting to new parenthood, coping with birth trauma, or experiencing postnatal depression or anxiety. Using a compassionate, person-centred approach grounded in CBT and mindfulness, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, supported, and empowered.
Support is available for all birthing parents and caregivers, at any stage of the perinatal journey.
Fee Structure
We believe in transparency and clarity when it comes to pricing.
Below is a guide to our current therapy session fees:
Individual Therapy – £95 per session
Trauma-Focused CBT – £125 per session
Group Therapy – Price dependent on group size and format (please get in touch for a personalised quote)
All sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise stated. Concessions may be available.
